Welcome to Balloon Euphoria!

1. After reviewing the décor and pricing gallery, submit a balloon décor inquiry using the “Request a Free Estimate” button. 
2. Balloon Euphoria will contact you via email within 48 hours to provide a general estimate or schedule a free 30 minute phone consultation to confirm event details including budget, colors/themes and installation window.
3. Estimates expire after 48 hours of receipt and pricing is subject to change thereafter.
4. Once the estimate is accepted, a formal contract and invoice will generate.  A 50% non-refundable retainer/deposit  is required to secure event décor and requested date within 48 hours of accepting an estimate.  
5. Expiration of an invoice forfeits event slot. The remaining balance must be completed no later than 14 days before date of service, delivery or pick-up.
